Looking to boost your energy and get over the afternoon hump you can try this.

2 cups of nut butter

1 cup honey

6 tablespoons Siberian ginseng powder

1 tablespoon guarana powder

1 tablespoon nettle leaf powder

1 tablespoon spirulina powder

1 tablespoon Kola nut powder

1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

1 cup shredded coconut

1 cup carob or chocolate chips


mix together the nut butter and honey till smooth and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix all of the herbal powders together and then add the remaining ingredients. Fold the herbal mix into the nut butter and honey. mix and kneed well Pinch off enough dough to make 1 inch round balls. They can be stored in container for 1 to 2 weeks and you eat 1or 2 to get going.


I realize you probably won't have all these ingredients right now. As you follow us you will start adding botanicals and herbs to your cabinet and you can find most of these items on amazon or other herb and botanical sites that you choose.
